Original photograph has a small diagonal cut on the upper left corner.
Photograph caption dated October 20, 1953 reads "Frank Binando, 19106 Devonshire, Northridge, displays blue wing teal, widgeon and mallard shot on the opening day of the split duck season, when he journeyed to Antelope Valley with scores of other sportsmen for the long-awaited opener. Birds were more plentiful in the area than in other hunting grounds."
