Description
Photograph of Mary Mayo de Forest, taken May 1, 1926, only two weeks after the birth of Lee De Forest on 16 April 1926, who died shortly after childbirth. Part of a de Forest scrapbook (2003-34-730) - this photo is pasted in next to the announcement of Lee de Forest's birth ("Yale Baby") and a Radiogram from Mary to Lee dated 17 May 1926 in which she says, "Better daily but miss little brother all the time."
