Francisco Leon was one of the participants in a video-recording project coordinated by documentarians Maxi Cohen and Wendy Apple. In the aftermath of the 1992 L.A. riots, Korean-Americans, Latinos, African-Americans, and Caucasians living and working in the areas most affected by the L.A. Riots, told their stories using Hi-8 video cameras.
