Photographic portrait of a group of soldiers during World War I, ca.1916. Nineteen uniformed men can be seen standing or kneeling in front of a brick building at center. They are all wearing dark uniforms, and several have long trench coats. All are wearing hats. A man at right is holding a light-colored monkey.
