Photograph caption dated January 7, 1950 reads, "Construction of North Hollywood's newest medical building got under way today when ground was broken for the project at Satsuma St. and Magnolia Blvd. Above, left to right are James Puleo and Mike Nero, contractors; Dr. David V. Espinoza, who will occupy the new unit with Dr. Nathan Grover; Frederick J. Alexander, structural engineer. Slated for completion by May 1, the building and site represents an investment of approximately $75,000."
