Title supplied by cataloger. Bill Bolte arrested by L.A.P.D. officers for blocking entry at the Bonaventure Hotel on Sunday afternoon. He was one of about ten arrested for the violation. The wheelchair protesters were demonstrating at the hotel because of an American Public Transportation convention, which has been cutting back on wheelchair ramps on buses.
