Photograph caption dated December 6, 1961 reads, "New officers of the Panorama City Chamber of Commerce, elected at a luncheon meeting at Panorama Bowl, are (from left) Second Vice President William Stewart, manager of the Bank of America, Panorama City branch; First Vice President O. K. Werner, Montgomery Ward, store manager; President William Marlin, stock broker, and Secretary Teddy Bear, retired electrical engineer. Each was elected unanimously."
