Description
View of the rededication ceremony of Los Angeles City Hall. Photograph taken at night and several fireworks can be seen illuminating a gigantic American flag that is hanging from the tower. The building was completed in 1928, and first dedicated on April 27th of the same year. Associated architects were Austin, Parkinson, Parkinson and Martin. Photo dated: April 30, 2002.
