Photograph caption dated September 18, 1956 reads "Jerry Mollett, Van Nuys High's all-city backfield star, was weighed in yesterday by coach Winston Tucker, left, and his new assistant Jack McCaffery. McCaffery looks amazed when scale showed that Mollett only weighed a 'mere' 195 pounds. Regular practice will get under way tomorrow at all Valley League schools."
