Land lease agreement for six acres of land of the G. M. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro east of Wilmington Avenue. Additional agreement text refers to the proof of citizenship as a part of the lease agreement. The lease begins July 1, 1931 and ends June 30, 1934 with a yearly rent of $150. The document is signed by Sujishi and the company.
