Description: This letter was written on November 15th, 1886 in Ontario California. The note was signed by Eliza C. Chaffey. The note appoints and constitutes L. S. Dyan to be her lawful attorney for the purpose of voting on 20 shares of the stock of San Antonio Water Company that she owned. The note appoints Dyan to vote at the annual meeting of the company to be held on November 15th, 1886.
