Pedro Alcantar Bernal was the grandson of Bruno Bernal and took over ownership of Rancho Santa Teresa and the Bernal lands after the death of his father Ygnacio Bernal. Under Pedro's ownership, a number of businesses were initiated including Santa Teresa Springs Water Company, the Bernal mine, and The Bernal Marl Fertilizer Company. This is an oval photograph mounted on cardboard.
