2009-1514. View of a scene in Roaring Camp in Southside Park, a reproduction of an old west town as part of the Sacramento Golden Empire Centennial in 1939. Photograph was taken April 16, 1939. Actors are seen in historical dress among old west buildings. A Mining Tools building, Red Dog Saloon, Sutter Riffle, Pacific Stables, H.R. Covey & Co. building, and a Funeral Parlor building is seen. The back of a horse-drawn carriage is seen. McCurry no. 35362-6. Also have negative: no. 3799 (5 x 7 in.)
