View of ceremony (in what is now Union Square) dedicating the Dewey Monument. Barriers surround the monument, dignitaries seated and standing within. Crowd of spectators fill rest of plaza. Buildings line far side of plaza on Post Street. Businesses include Pacific States Investor, Byron Mauzy Sohmer Pianos; and, Congregation Emanu-El visible in background.
