Photograph caption dated October 17, 1961 reads, "Robert S. Fuller, right was installed president of the Valley Boy Scout Council at ceremonies at Ramo-Wooldridge banquet room, 8433 Fallbrook Ave., Canoga Park, Monday night. He succeeds Lou Von Dyl, left, outgoing president. In the center is Philip S. Magruder, chairman of Region 12. The Boy Scout Council covers the San Fernando and Antelope Valleys. Fuller is president of the San Fernando Valley Savings and Loan Association, is on the advisory board at Valley State College and was named Valley Citizen of the Year in 1959."
