Text written under photo: "St. Ann's Church 11th Avenue and Irving Street 1911." Large wooden church with two towers, Appears to be at southwest corner of intersection. Two story structure, possibly a rectory, seen along Irving to right. The sandy hills of the Inner Sunset, occupied by a few scattered buildings, are to the left.
