Description
Awnings and tile decoration face the Merchants Bank building and the retail stores behind it. A gown store is advertising a dress clearance. Newly planted trees line the sidewalk. In the background is the Chas. F. Rathman building and on the corner, a manually controlled traffic light displays STOP. Photo dated: 1920.
