Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker discusses his ideas on management in his audiobook, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “Managing and Developing Yourself.” It is entitled, “Self-Renewal.” Drucker begins by explaining that the most important part of career-building is focusing on your own inner resources. He talks about people’s fear of change and innovation, and how to overcome that fear. He advises to look for success in small victories. Drucker discusses how to deal with rapid, sudden bursts of success. He talks about how to use personal skills to change and better an organization. He ends the discussion by saying that people should always think about what they want to be remembered for.
