Two Mayan women collect water from a river near the refugee camp of Cuauhtémoc, Chiapas. In the days following the Guatemalan attack at the nearby refugee camp of El Chupadero on April 30, 1984, one of the most violent assaults of this kind left seven refugees dead. Refugees from the camp of Cuauhtémoc fled their settlement to avoid the same fate. Dos mujeres mayas recogen agua de un río cerca del campamento de refugiados de Cuauhtémoc, Chiapas.
