Description: Carmella Saldavia talks about proposed air safety legislation at her home near last year's air disaster in Cerritos, where a mid-air collision between a Piper PA-28-181 Archer and Aerome´xico Flight 498, a DC-9, killied 67 people aboard both aircraft and 15 people on the ground.
