Description: Pacific Electric Railway streetcar no. 107 on Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica. The street is lined with palm trees and the sign across the top of the streetcar says "Subway Terminal."
"Pacific Electric at Santa Monica."--text, handwritten in pencil on housing. Title devised by cataloger based on notes on housing. Date determined by cataloger based on similar image dated 1952 (see related image). The Pacific Electric Railway system of electric streetcars and rail was also known as the Red Car system.
