Photograph caption dated April 29, 1957 reads, "Mrs. Charles Sleeper, left, nurse at Victory Hospital in North Hollywood, feeds little William Charles his bottle as admiring parents, Mr. and Mrs. William K. Mitchell watch. Baby was born 2 1/2 months premature and weighed only 1 pound and 10 ounces. Today he is 49 days old and weighs 3 pounds, 5 1/4 ounces. Mother held her son for first time Friday."
