Description
Mercury News restaurant review during Lou's Hawaiian-themed phase. Izzo recommended shucked oysters and clams, fried calamari, Monterey Bay king salmon, Canadian halibut fillet, and Maryland soft-shell crabs. The special pasta disappointed. Waitstaff were knowledgeable and treated diners like family. One of several reviews originally framed and displayed inside the restaurant.
