Description
Nola Rae Branson, right, and Laurel Ann Sanders, members of the Sacramento County unit of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers, unveil a marker they donated for the grave of Nathan Hawk in the Coloma Cemetery. Coloma residents tomorrow and Sunday will observe Gold Discovery Day [1967]. Hawk in 1848 helped spread news of the historic event to eastern cities.
