Description
Reagh photographed this scene in 1957 (negative no. A-004-271 4x5). A section of track seen in the earlier photograph has been removed and replaced with parking area for trucks. In 2006, the former yard became the Los Angeles State Historic Park.
Looking east towards Downtown from Cornfield, the Los Angeles railroad yard, owned by the Southern Pacific Railroad Company.
