Description
Circular black painted spool, with approx 50 yds of steel cable. Metal arm extends from the center on both sides 8". 2 metal cylinders cover bolts that hold the arms together (carrying handle and brake?). 2" square metal plate on the inside, a bolt goes through center hole of cable. Cable is reinforced with steel and loops around the bolt by screw clamps which hold the cable together. In the loop, a metal hood is fastened with same bolt as the loop and is also fastened to the outside rim of the spool with another bolt.
