Mancaccy, center, commanding officer of the 331th [sic] Logistical Command in Los Angeles, is the only officer below the rank of general to be named to the Sixth Army's Reserve Components Advisory Group. Shown with him are Col. Wilson Potter Jr., left, Chief, Southern California Military Sub-District, and Col. James C. Cairns, 311th Chief of Staff."
