A majority of the buildings that make up the landscape consists of residential houses and buildings. At center, a large dirt slope is visible. Part of a three-level structure appears to be built into the slope with small doorways visible on each level. To the far left, a large paved road is visible. In the background at right, the Bradbury mansion is visible at the intersection of Hill Street and Court Street. Trees are sparsely scatted across the landscape. Legible signs include: "the Clemenceau case", "80¢ per mo., [...]erald is the best paper".
