Photograph caption dated May 16, 1964 reads, "Legging it around Encino Velodrome are cyclists who will be among those racing Sunday in a bicycle sprint program which tomorrow will feature experts from Northern Mexico in the first of a planned Latin-American racing festival. Sunday racing starts at 3:30 p.m. Among the home competitors will be Tim Mountford, winner of the feature event two weeks in a row. Olympian Jack Disney, back in top form, and Olympic hopeful Jean Waschgau." The Encino Velodrome is located at 17301 Oxnard Street in Encino, CA.
