Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Mission Francis de Asis (Dolores), showing building materials, San Francisco, 1909. The arched Romanesque entranceway to the two-story mission is pictured at center, with roof beams laying on the sidewalk, a pile of lumber to the left, and bricks stacked to the right. Clapboard can be seen along with crumbling spackle on the broad right side of the building. A cross stands at the top of the roof. The road in front appears to be unpaved.
