Description
Lease agreement terms beginning January 1, 1937 ending December 31, 1937 for 5.7 acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment east of Wilmington Avenue. The original of twelve acres was reduced to the five acres as reflected in the handwritten annotation. The lease also includes added typescript relating to subleasing and alien land laws, specifically requiring lessees to be American citizens. Lease is signed by lessee.
