Description
Photograph of a door from inside church to outside court of Mission San Luis Rey de Francia, California, ca.1908. The double wooden door with a large metal latch is under an arch decorated with painted trimmings. The doors each hang from 5 hinges. There are two framed paintings of similar size with a small cross above each of them on the wall on either side of the door. There are some designs painted along the base of the wall, but the paint is partially worn away. The door is from inside the church which leads to the outside court and stairs of the choir loft.
