Description: Exterior view of Loye Apartments at 1001 North Hobart Boulevard. Report stated that apartments were leased for $300 a month, but lessee obtained $953 monthly. Investigation of asserted deals between state right-of-way agents and property leasers in the rental of apartments along the Hollywood freeway site bought by the state, highlighted resumption of a Grand Jury inquiry. Photo dated: October 16, 1947.
