Photograph caption dated December 15, 1956 reads "Irving Weiss, assistant secretary of Empire Savings and Loan Association, 13678 Van Nuys Blvd., Pacoima, poses by collection box which will be used in drive starting Monday to collect color books and crayons for Childrens Hospital in Los Angeles. Pacoima firm will be headquarters for Valley effort."
