Description: Mrs. Dorothy Riggs, Secretary to Samuel R. Smith, office building manager for the State Buildings in Los Angeles, inspects tin cans of ration crackers. A two-weeks supply to feed 16,000 persons, is stockpiled in both the new and old State Buildings in downtown Los Angeles. Photo dated: March 19, 1963.
