In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker and John Humble discuss their audio book, “The Drucker/Humble Workshop.” This is the second part of a two-part discussion entitled, “Participative Management: Myths and Realities.” Humble begins by debating whether or not a company can be too focused on innovation. He advises that businesses should use more task forces to solve problems. Drucker discusses the differences between taskforce leaders and managers. He describes several different types of teams that can be helpful for problem solving. He ends the discussion by saying that every group or taskforce must designate a leader.
