Photograph caption dated July 1, 1964 reads, "Famed aviatrix Jacqueline Cochran Odlum was honored yesterday by the Los Angeles Board of Supervisors. Making the presentation, left, is supervisors' chairman Warren M. Dorn, while Lockheed test pilot Tony LeVier observes. Award was made to Mrs. Odlum for her years of service to flight."
