Text written under photo: "After the fire 1906. City Hall Dome." View shows the wrecked City Hall from City Hall Avenue looking northeast towards the Hall of Records. Large pieces of the building have spilled onto the sidewalk. A group is posing for the camera. In the foreground, the streetcar tracks on City Hall Avenue are being relaid.
