Description
Lease describes agreement terms beginning May 1, 1940 ending April 30, 1941 for 19.81 acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment of Rancho San Pedro with a yearly rent of $495.25. Land is described as between Normandie and Western Avenue and adjacent to the southern boundary of the tract. Lease is signed by the company and lessee.
