Description
Dr. Gary Small discusses his book, “The Memory Prescription.” He begins by explaining that he wrote this book because many of his patients asked him what to do to improve their memories. He creates a system to remember names and faces that he calls the ‘look, snap, collect’ method. The book includes physical exercises, a diet plan, and brain puzzles. Dr. Small talks about the importance of being organized, eating properly, and the best ways to remember where you left something. He discusses current drugs that are on the market to help patients with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. He ends the interview by describing the importance of antioxidants and how he did research on his food list.
