Photograph caption dated January 27, 1961 reads, "Ken Jacobi, right, new president of the West Van Nuys Chamber of Commerce, gets the gavel for his office from outgoing president Mrs. Isla G. Miller at ceremonies in the Queen's Arm (sic) Restaurant, 16325 Ventura Blvd., Encino. Watching the symbolic transferal of authority is film star Jane Russell, who is Jacobi's niece."
