Description
Photograph of children's division of La Fiesta de Los Angeles held on the grounds of Judge Silent's residence, ca.1906. Two young boys dressed in light-colored knee breeches, frilly shirts, and flowered hats stand in front of an ornately decorated covered baby stroller (with baby). A girl in a long light-colored dress with puffy shoulders wearing a bonnet and a dark belt and neck ribbon stands behind the stroller. Part of another decorated stroller is visible at right. Crowds of people are visible behind them standing on the sidewalk. Flowers bloom adjacent to the street between the sidewalk and curb.
