Rendition of Pershing Square in Los Angeles, California; Biltmore Hotel (i.e. Millennium Biltmore Hotel)--built in 1923--is seen left of the park; The Philharmonic Auditorium (i.e. Temple Auditorium)--built in 1906--is shown north of the park with the Title Guarantee and Trust Company Building (built in 1930) on its right; Park is teeming with numerous trees and plants; Cars of the 1930s-1940s travel down and sit parked on the street next to the park; Pedestrians move along sidewalk and through the park
