The bottom floor is occupied by shops, while the upper floors have rows of six wide windows. The name of the hotel appears near the flat roof at center. An unpaved street can be seen in the foreground. Several people can be seen shopping in the stores on the first floor. Legible signs include, from left: "Chas. M. Morlan Co. Job Label Printers", "Fine Grocery", "Cuculits & Heylek", "The Blaine", "Pawn Shop The Colonial" and "For Rent by R.A. Rowan & Co.".
