Two sets of railroad tracks stretch towards a large gazebo situated at the shore-end of a wharf in the distance, with the ocean below and beyond. The commercial section of the city can be seen to the right with signs that read "Drugs" and "Real Estate" among other illegible signs. Utility poles suspend a web of streetcar cables above the right side of the photo.
