It is a octagonal building with a large dome in the center and a rectangular tower at left. A covered porch supported by stone columns wraps around the perimeter of the structure. Large trees flank both sides of the building, and a calm pond is visible in the foreground at center. Photoprint indicates it is a scenic point of interest along the line of the Denver & Rio Grande System.
