Several children can be seen in the cots, as well as in other areas of the room. At center, a nurse is pushing a gurney with a child on board, while in the foreground at right, a boy is being examined while sitting in a chair. Two boys and a nurse can be seen near an examination table at right. Large windows can be seen along the wall at left.
