Title supplied by cataloger. A work crew of men and horses are attempting to repair the damage done by the L.A. River overflowing its banks in the vicinity of Anaheim St. in Long Beach. An outbuilding has collapsed into the river which is still at the top of its banks. The flooding was caused by heavy rains. Photo dated: Jan. 18, 1916.
