Description
A letter from Eileen Chang to C.T. Hsia, 1969. In this letter dated January 3, Eileen Chang mentions to Hsia about her article "Hong Lou Meng Wei Wan" published in Huang Guan. She also said she has received the answers to her questions regarding "Hai Shang Hua". The letter also mentions Liu Cunren, and her life at Radcliffe Institute. The envelope has USPS 6 cents-stamp with dated stamp of 6 Jan, 1969 Boston, Mass. is addressed to "Mr. C.T. Hsia, 415 West 115th St., Apt. 22, New York, N.Y. 10025" from address "Chang, 83 Brattle St., Apt. 43, Cambridge, Mass. 02138."
張愛玲寄給夏志清的信,1969. 這封信註明1月3日寫的. 張愛玲跟夏志清提到皇冠刊出"紅樓夢未完". 也說收到"海上花"幾個問題的答覆. 另介紹"十八春"的結局. 信中也提到柳存仁. 以及她在Radcliffe Institute的情形.信封上有六分錢的郵票, 郵政戳印日期為1969年1月6日波士頓, 並有收件人地址"Mr. C.T. Hsia, 415 West 115th St., Apt. 22, New York, N.Y. 10025" 及寄件人地址"Chang, 83 Brattle St., Apt. 43, Cambridge, Mass. 02138."
