Description
Created in the 1880's under the name Westlake Park, the park was later renamed in honor of General Douglas MacArthur. In this picture we see people crossing the intersection of 7th and Alvarado. On the far side is the entrance to Westlake Park. Cars and a streetcar are visible on the street.
